Biography
Simone Weichselbaum serves as a research fellow with FDD’s Program on Education and National Security. She brings her expertise as a longtime investigative reporter focusing on issues pertaining to federal and local law enforcement.
Prior to joining FDD, Weichselbaum was the lead investigative reporter at NBC News examining the anti-Israel protest movement across the United States, investigating its finances and ties to pro-terror networks. She also held investigative reporting roles at The Marshall Project and served as a police reporter at the New York Daily News and the Philadelphia Daily News.
Weichselbaum holds a bachelor’s degree in history from American University and a master’s degree in criminology from the University of Pennsylvania.
