Shannon Walsh

Associate Director of Programs, National Security Network

Biography

Shannon Walsh is the associate director of programs for FDD’s National Security Network. Prior to joining FDD, Shannon served as the associate director of research and education for The Philos Project, where she focused on developing seminars and educational resources highlighting the religious and geopolitical complexities of the Near East. During her undergraduate studies, she interned in the U.S. House of Representatives, where her boss served on the House Foreign Affairs Committee. She also participated in the Jewish National Fund’s Caravan for Democracy, a 10-day educational program for student leaders to explore Israel. Shannon holds a bachelor’s degree from Tulane University in political science with a concentration in international relations and minors in Spanish and management.
