Biography

General (Ret.) Mike “Mini” Minihan serves on the board of advisors for the Foundation for Defense of Democracies’ (FDD’s) Center for Cyber and Technology Innovation (CCTI).

Mike served 34 years in the U.S. Air Force, finishing his service as commander of air mobility command, where he led 110,000 airmen executing global operations. He spearheaded efforts to establish a digital backbone for mobility forces — enhancing connectivity, accelerating artificial intelligence integration, and operationalizing data-driven decision advantage across command, control, and warfighting functions. Previously, as deputy director of air and cyberspace operations at Pacific Air Forces and later as deputy commander of United States Indo-Pacific Command, he integrated cyber and space effects into joint targeting and multi-domain operations. A recognized leader in digital transformation and cyber-enabled warfare, Mike now advises across defense and technology sectors, including as a senior advisor to Paladin Capital Group, advancing innovation in cybersecurity and national security investment.
