David Rader

David Rader is a Manager at Ernest & Young (EY) where he serves clients on various issues regarding foreign direct investment, international trade, and global manufacturing and technology development. Prior to EY, David was a Vice President in the Corporate & Investment Bank at J.P. Morgan where he served clients within the aerospace and defense market. Before J.P. Morgan, David worked at the Pentagon as an Investment Manager regarding matters before the Committee on Foreign Investment in the U.S. (CFIUS). David joined the Pentagon after serving as an Associate in the National Security Research Division at the RAND Corporation. He also served as an Infantryman in the U.S. Army. David holds a B.A. in Political Science, M.A. in Government, J.D. in Corporate Bankruptcy Law, and an M.S. in Finance.
