Biography

Daniel Flesch is an adjunct fellow at the Foundation for Defense of Democracies (FDD). He is the executive director of the Defense Technology Alliance.

Prior to joining FDD, he was the senior policy analyst for the Middle East and North Africa and combating antisemitism at The Heritage Foundation. Daniel also served in the Israel Defense Forces and as senior advisor to Israel’s Permanent Mission to the United Nations.

His perspective on antisemitism, Israel, the Middle East, and defense have been featured in CBN, CNBC, CNN, Fox News, JNS, The New York Times, Newsmax, The Times of Israel, and other outlets. He received his master’s degree in international relations and international economics from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies, and his B.A. in political science and history from the University of Illinois.
