IDF Launches Operations Against Terrorists in Northern Gaza and West Bank

Latest Developments

• IDF Asks Residents of Northern Gaza to Evacuate: IDF Arabic spokesperson Avichay Adraee urged residents of several neighborhoods in northern Gaza on November 7 to evacuate due to ongoing Israeli military operations and persistent rocket fire by terrorist groups in the area. “We inform you that the marked area is considered a dangerous combat zone and for your safety, move immediately south,” Adraee said.

• A Month-Long IDF Operation in Northern Gaza: The Israeli military announced on October 6 that it had launched a ground operation in the northern Gaza Strip after intelligence indicated Hamas had regrouped in the area. Since then, IDF military operations have focused on destroying terrorist infrastructure in Beit Lahia, Jabalya and other areas of northern Gaza.  

• Israeli Forces Operate Against Terrorist Infrastructure in the Northern West Bank: Over the last three days, the IDF operated against terrorist groups in Tulkarem, Jenin, Nour Shams, Qabatiya, and other areas, the IDF said on November 7. During the operation, Israeli forces killed seven terrorists, destroyed two IED laboratories, confiscated weapons, and arrested wanted individuals.
