Hezbollah Attacks from Lebanon Wound at Least 14 Israelis: On November 12, Hezbollah claimed responsibility for firing anti-tank guided missiles toward Dovev, a moshav near Israel’s northern border, wounding at least 14, one critically. Hezbollah claimed the missiles hit soldiers installing surveillance equipment. The Israel Electric Corporation says that the missiles hit its employees who were repairing power lines. In response, the Israel Air Force struck Hezbollah targets. On November 13, the Israel Electric Corporation announced that one of its employees who was hit in the attack has died. In addition, in the late afternoon on November 12, sirens were sounded in several areas of northern Israel. The IDF stated that about 15 projectiles were launched from Lebanon and four were intercepted. The others fell in open areas. In response, the Israel air forced hit Lebanon with artillery fire.

Hamas Operatives Open Fire on IDF Troops from Al-Quds Hospital in Gaza, IDF Returns Fire, Killing 21 Terrorists: The IDF announced on November 13 that a terrorist cell in the Al-Quds Hospital in Gaza City shot at Israeli troops with RPGs and light weapons. According to the announcement, the terrorists were “embedded within a group of civilians at the entrance of the hospital.” The IDF responded, killing 21 terrorists. According to the IDF, civilians left the hospital after the exchange of fire, and Hamas operatives hid among them.

IDF Conducts Raids in Gaza, Captures Terrorists: On the morning of November 13, Israeli forces conducted raids on the outskirts of the Shati refugee camp, focusing on terrorist infrastructure in locations including operatives’ homes, mosques, schools, and universities. The IDF raided the home of a senior Palestinian Islamic Jihad official in the Beit Hanoun area and confiscated weapons from a children’s room. The IDF and Shin Bet arrested more than 20 Hamas terrorists on November 12 and plan to interrogate them for up-to-date information.

Israel Leaves Fuel for Shifa Hospital; 800 Dual Citizens in Gaza Depart for Egypt: The IDF announced on November 12 that it left jerrycans with 300 liters of fuel for “urgent medical purposes” near Shifa Hospital, coordinating with hospital officials. The army stated that Hamas prevented the hospital from getting the fuel. The IDF also announced that it was enabling the evacuation of the Shifa, Nasser, and Rantisi hospitals in Gaza. In addition, a spokesperson for the Gaza crossings authority announced that about 800 dual citizens had left Gaza for Egypt via Rafah on November 12. Israel’s COGAT (Coordination of Government Activities in the Territories) announced on November 12 that since the war began, 14,320 tons of humanitarian aid have entered Gaza via the Rafah crossing.
