Iranian regime center in Vienna: Homosexuality means the end of humanity

Islamic Shi’ite center promotes destruction of Israel.

The Islamic Republic of Iran’s center in Vienna, Austria announced in a lethal homophobic video on YouTube that homosexuality spells the end of humanity.

The Center of Islamic Culture Imam Ali’s video targets children and is part of a series that launches attacks on liberal, western values and societies. The Austrian paper Kurier reported the video was deleted on Friday after being online for three months.

“No where in the world should homosexuality be a crime,” US Ambassador to Germany Richard Grenell told theJerusalem Post on Saturday.

Alireza Nader, the CEO of New Iran, a research and advocacy organization based in Washington, DC, told the Post on Saturday,

“European authorities in Germany, Austria, really all across Europe should investigate influence and lobby networks created by and connected to the Islamic Republic of Iran and surrogates like Hezbollah. Not only do these networks spy on Iranian democratic dissidents, they also spread hate, homophobia, misogyny, and antisemitism across the continent.”

The organization Stop the Bomb, which seeks to end the Iranian regime’s nuclear program and improve human rights in the country, tweeted on Saturday: “Iranian mosque in Vienna agitates against Homosexuals. What do the parties in the city council and parliament have to say about that?”

The video transmitted the message that same-sex couples have no future. The Kurier wrote a fluent German speaker said during the anti-gay and anti-lesbian video:

“About two thirds of the community will no longer exist in the future because there is no offspring,” the spokesman said, adding only a “naturally founded family ” can  “become rich in children .”

The video explicitly said “Homosexuality means the end of humanity.”

The scandal-ridden Iranian-controlled Center of Islamic Culture Imam Ali was previously in the press because its Imam Erich Muhammed Waldmann was a main speaker at the annual Al-Quds rally in Vienna. The Al-Quds rally is an Iranian-regime global event urging the obliteration of the Jewish state.

Volker Beck, a German Green Party politician and lecturer in Religious Sciences (CERES) at the Ruhr University in Bochum, told the Post:

“Incitement against homosexuals and Israel, as well as the spread of antisemitism, belong to Iranian state doctrine and is also spread by Iranian mosques. The spread of hatred, also in the name of religion, must be countered by all means of the rule of law. Gay hatred must be contradicted, whether spread by mosques or some Catholic bishops. It divides society.“

The Post reported in January that Iran’s clerical regime publicly hanged a man based on an anti-gay charge. The US Ambassador to Germany Richard Grenell announced in February a global campaign to decriminalize homosexuality.

The Islamic center in Vienna posted additional animation videos that aim to“educate“ children about the role of men and women in society and that women have the job to take care of children. The film says women and men are equal except in“different forms.“

A pro-Hijab video shows a woman who attends a Islamic school  where wearing a head scarf is the norm.
