Thomas Hester

Thomas Hester is the Legislative Director for U.S. Rep. Michael McCaul of Texas, Chairman of the House Homeland Security Committee and a senior member of the House Foreign Affairs Committee. He manages a team of policy and communications advisors who execute all aspects of Chairman McCaul’s legislative operation. Prior to this, Thomas served as a Legislative Assistant for U.S. Rep. Sam Johnson where he focused on national security, homeland security, and foreign policy issues.  Thomas received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Texas State University after playing NCAA Division I soccer at the University of Kentucky.
