Stephen L. Boyd

Stephen L. Boyd is a Legislative Assistant in the Office of Senator James Lankford. In this role, he is responsible for successfully implementing the Senator’s legislative strategy for the foreign policy, international finance, and national security portfolios, and serving as his principal policy advisor for those issue areas. He attended Dallas Baptist University (BA, MBA) and the U.S. Army War College.
