Spencer Fishman is a U.S. Naval Officer serving as a Department Head and Detachment Officer in Charge at an expeditionary helicopter squadron based in Norfolk, Virginia. He was previously assigned as a primary flight instructor and rotary wing test pilot. He holds degrees in aerospace engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy and the University of Maryland, and is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Test Pilot School.
