Ryan Berger

Ryan Berger is the chief operating officer of a strategic advisory firm focused on technology competition. He served at the U.S. Department of State, the White House National Security Council, and the U.S. Department of Defense in various policy and staff positions at the nexus of technology, economics, defense, and national security. Before entering public service, Ryan worked in the private sector, research institutions, think tanks, and the media. He has a master’s degree in international affairs from Columbia University and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Emory University. Ryan is also a term member of the Council on Foreign Relations and an advisory council member of the Krach Institute for Tech Diplomacy at Purdue.
