Biography
Riley Walters is a senior policy analyst and economist at The Heritage Foundation. He specializes in Northeast Asian macroeconomic issues including foreign investment, trade, and technology. He has written extensively with articles appearing in The Diplomat, The Hill, Washington Times, The National Interest, and more. Riley attended Sophia University in Tokyo, Japan, and holds a Master’s in Economics from George Mason University.
