Peter G. Feldman is a Partner in the Washington, D.C., office of Dentons, he helps clients in the U.S. and around the world to achieve their business goals while addressing regulatory risk, with a particular focus on compliance with economic sanctions, export controls, and anti-bribery laws. He has extensive cross-border experience, including work on the ground in six continents conducting investigations, transactional due diligence, and compliance reviews in a wide range of industries and sectors. He is also the co-chair of Dentons’ Covid-19 Pandemic Special Situations Team. Peter holds a J.D., with honors, and a Bachelor’s degree, summa cum laude, from the George Washington University.
