Patty-Jane Geller is the military legislative assistant for Sen. Tom Cotton (R-AR). Prior to joining Sen. Cotton’s office in April 2023, Patty-Jane was the senior policy analyst for nuclear deterrence and missile defense at the Heritage Foundation’s Center for National Defense, where she became a widely published author and speaker on strategic forces issues. She has previously served on the Senate Armed Services Committee, supporting the Strategic Forces and Cybersecurity Subcommittees, and in the Office of Rep. Elise Stefanik (NY-21). She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in government at Georgetown University with a minor in physics and received a Master of Arts degree in military operational art and science from the Air Command and Staff College.
