Paris Cervantes

Paris Cervantes is a Congressional and Intergovernmental Affairs Liaison for the Research and Development Support Activity within Naval Intelligence, where she coordinates across the intelligence community and serves as the representative to the intelligence, appropriations, and armed services committees in both chambers of Congress. She previously served over four years in both the House and Senate, including as a Military Legislative Assistant for a Senate Armed Services Committee member. She also spent time as an Assessments and Investments Analyst within the Defense Department’s Office of Industrial Base Policy, supporting various initiatives to improve resiliency of defense critical supply chains.  Paris is a combat veteran with over 10 years of service in the Army as an Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technician, during which she spent three combat tours in Afghanistan and Iraq. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and Marketing from American Military University.
