Nick Perez is an associate at an international law firm in Washington, DC, where he counsels clients on the national security dimensions of M&A transactions. In the U.S. Marine Corps Reserves, he is a member of the nascent Marine Innovation Unit. Nick served on active duty for four years as an intelligence officer, completing an operational deployment in support of U.S. AFRICOM crisis response forces. He earned his B.A. from Cornell University and his JD-MBA from Northwestern University.
