Misha Lehrer

Misha Lehrer is a policy advisor at the international law firm, Holland & Knight. With more than a decade of experience, he specializes in national security and defense, working with clients across a broad range of policy and regulatory issues before the Department of Defense and the defense congressional committees. His expertise spans DOD policymaking, the annual National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), and the defense appropriations process. Prior to joining Holland & Knight, he worked for Sen. Chris Murphy (D-CT) on all matters related to manufacturing, from defense industrial base policy to workforce development. Misha holds an M.S. from the University of Edinburgh in Scotland, where he specialized in international relations and international security, and a bachelor’s degree from New York University.
