Michael Holtje is the special advisor to the Under Secretary of the U.S. Treasury for Terrorism and Financial Intelligence. He previously served in positions with the U.S. Department of State and the U.S. Intelligence Community. He has also been a Robert Bosch Fellow with the German Bundestag and the German Institute for International and Security Affairs. Michael received both his J.D. and Ph.D. from the interdisciplinary Law and Psychology Program at the University of Nebraska. He also completed an LL.M. in National Security Law from the George Washington University Law School.
