Michael Gutierrez

Michael Gutierrez is a U.S. Air Force Officer and combat veteran serving on Capitol Hill in the Office of Representative Austin Scott.  He is a senior Air Battle Manager and a distinguished graduate of the United States Air Force Weapons School.  A combat veteran with more than 2,000 flying hours and 975 combat hours in both the E-8 Joint Surveillance Target Attack Radar System (JSTARS) and E-3 Airborne Warning and Control System (AWACS).  He has an extensive background in full spectrum joint asset integration across combat tactics, mission planning, and Operational Plans.  He earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Georgia Southern University and is pursuing his Master’s degree in Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
