Mark McKinnon

Mark McKinnon is an Advisor to the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence on critical technology protection issues and security efforts to combat adversary technology theft. Previously, he supported multiple agencies across the national security landscape. In this capacity, Mark was responsible for identifying and disrupting terrorist threats to Western Europe and the U.S. Homeland. Mark is a native of Jackson, Mississippi, and attended the University of Mississippi. (This bio is current to when the participant joined FDD’s National Security Alumni Network.)
