Laura Keenan is a Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Army with over 18 years of experience as an active duty and Army National Guard officer. She currently serves as the Deputy Branch Chief for strategy, policy and plans at Cyber National Mission Force. She holds an MBA from the University of South Carolina, an MPS from The George Washington University and an M.S. from the National War College where she was a distinguished graduate. She is also a graduate of the U.S. Military Academy. She has been published in RealClearDefense, Modern War Institute, and StrategyBridge.
