Kimberly Mallard-Brown

Kimberly Mallard-Brown is a Major in the U.S. Army. She is currently assigned as an Army Congressional Budget Liaison. Most recently, she served as a Defense Fellow within the Senate. Kimberly was stationed in Hawaii for her last operational assignment. There she served as a Senior Human Resources Officer as well as the Executive Officer to the Commanding General of the 25th Infantry Division and the Executive Assistant to the Chief of Staff of the U.S. Indo-Pacific Command. Her overseas tours have taken her to South Korea and on a combat deployment to Afghanistan. She graduated with a B.S. from the U.S. Military Academy, where she double majored in Arabic and Sociology. She received her Master’s in Legislative Affairs from The George Washington University. She met her husband—who is also an Army Major—in the 7th grade. Together they have a 4-year-old daughter.
