Biography
Kerri Gray is a consultant with Booz Allen Hamilton, consulting the Department of Defense on intelligence, planning and strategic initiatives related to insurgency, terrorism and foreign malign influence in South Asia. Kerri consulted the Joint Chiefs of Staff as the Lead Intelligence Planner for the U.S. drawdown from Afghanistan. This assignment placed her on multiple international, interagency delegations to brief and advise U.S. and NATO defense partners for improved security in the region. Results included more integrated strategies and strengthened international partnerships, earning her multiple letters of recognition. Previously, Kerri was deployed to Afghanistan with Special Operations Forces where she illuminated external threats to Afghanistan’s prosperity. Prior to that, Kerri was an all-source analyst writing strategic papers for policy makers and military audiences. She holds a Bachelor’s in Homeland Security from the University of Maryland, University College and a Master’s in Strategic Intelligence from the Institute of World Politics, with a semester’s study at the University of Oxford.
