Katie Abrames Woodward serves as senior policy analyst for the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, serving under Chairman James E. Risch. Currently, her portfolio includes international organizations, human rights, wrongful and unlawful detainees, the Peace Corps, trafficking in persons, and more. Previously, she was a special assistant at the U.S. Department of State. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Clemson University and a master’s degree from the U.S. Naval War College. She and her husband, Josh, reside in Arlington, Virginia, with their son, Jack, and dog, Frank.
