Joshua Meservey

Biography
Joshua Meservey is a policy analyst for Africa and the Middle East at the Heritage Foundation. He previously served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Zambia, worked at a refugee resettlement operation based in Kenya, at the U.S. Army Special Operations Command, and at the Atlantic Council’s Africa Center. His written work has been published by the Joint Special Operations University, Foreign Affairs, the Washington Post, and The Journal of the Middle East and Africa, among others. Various print and digital media outlets have featured his commentary, and he has presented at the National Defense University and the State Department. He holds a Masters in Law and Diplomacy from the Fletcher School at Tufts University and a B.A. in history from the Templeton Honors College at Eastern University.
