Jesse Colvin

Jesse Colvin is a consultant for Toffler Associates, where he helps organizations strengthen their ability to manage enterprise risk. Previously, he held investigatory roles at Barclays Capital and Control Risks Group. Prior to that, Jesse served as an officer in the U.S. Army’s 75th Ranger Regiment, completing four combat deployments to Afghanistan. Before joining the military, Jesse lived in Syria and Egypt. He holds a B.A. in History from Duke University and a Master’s in International Affairs from Columbia University. (This bio is current to when the participant joined FDD’s National Security Network.)
