Evan Philipson is the New Leadership Network Director at the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC). He works with AIPAC’s political activists on education and training and he helps them build and strengthen relationships with Members of Congress to discuss issues affecting the U.S.-Israel relationship. He previously was AIPAC’s Deputy Political Education Director where he helped develop political and policy training programs for AIPAC’s top layleaders from around the country. Evan graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and History.
