Esther Eaton is a deputy editor for The Dispatch based in Washington, D.C. She co-writes The Morning Dispatch newsletter and has covered China’s repression of Uyghurs, conflict in Sudan, and various other global and national security stories. She studied journalism with a focus on digital media at Liberty University.
