Emmanuel C. Gfoeller is an Army Officer currently serving as the Army Attaché at the U.S. Embassy in Tbilisi, Georgia. A graduate of West Point, Emmanuel has spent the majority his 10 year career serving overseas, to include tours in South Korea, Japan, and Afghanistan. An avid reader and aspiring scholar, Emmanuel is studying for a Master of Science in Cybersecurity, and has had articles published in both Real Clear Defense and by the Modern War Institute.
