Emily Cassil is the communications director and a senior advisor to House Foreign Affairs Committee Chairman Emeritus Michael McCaul. She recently served as the communications director for the full committee under Chairman McCaul’s leadership during the 118th Congress. A native Texan, Emily earned a degree in communications studies and international relations from Furman University in South Carolina. She is passionate about leveraging strong communications skills to advance U.S. foreign policy and national security interests.
