David Giralt is an active-duty U.S. Army Captain serving as a Congressional Fellow for Representative Mike Rogers, Chairman of the House Armed Services Committee. He has served and deployed to combat with units such as the 75th Ranger Regiment and 82nd Airborne Division. David holds an undergraduate degree in business from Colorado Christian University and a graduate degree in legislative affairs from The George Washington University.
