Brendan Cullinan

Lieutenant Colonel Brendan Cullinan is a U.S. Army Officer and Commander of the 12th Aviation Battalion, Fort Belvoir, VA. The 12th Aviation Battalion is responsible for executive travel within the Military District of Washington as well as supporting multiple Continuity of Operations missions around Washington, DC. He previously served as Executive Officer to the Deputy G-3/5/7 and as a planner in the G-3/5/7 Aviation Office. During his time at the Pentagon he was also selected for the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) Service Chiefs Fellows Program. He has deployed four times, twice to both Iraq and Afghanistan while serving in the 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault) and 3rd Armored Cavalry Regiment. He also completed a tour to South Korea as part of the 4th Squadron, 7th Cavalry Squadron. Brendan holds a Master of Arts in Defence Studies from King’s College – London and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Tufts University.
