Ashley OKeefe is a communications and stakeholder engagement specialist for the U.S. Air Force, under the Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff for Plans and Programs (AF/A8). She is the Senior Advisor to Air Force senior leaders regarding the strategy and direction of stakeholder engagements and engages on behalf of AF/A8 with leaders across the Department of Defense, Joint Staff, Combatant Commands, Major Commands, Congress, and Industry regarding Air Force/Defense policy, programs, and budgets.  In her thirteen years with the Air Force, Ashley has been an advocate for the advancement of future defense mission requirements, focusing on information sharing and collaboration. Most recently, Ashley spearheaded the development and deployment of the Air Force’s first strategic messaging and engagement dashboard, providing senior leaders with all the tools they need to effectively gain internal/external stakeholder support for Air Force budget decisions, earning her a Meritorious Civilian Service Medal. Ashley received a dual Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership and Project Management from the University of Arizona Global Campus, and has a B.S. in Marketing from California State University Northridge.
