Andrew Bossert has extensive experience in the United States Air Force and the private sector. As the co-founder and managing partner of Space Advisory Group since 2021, he advises startups in federal acquisition processes. Concurrently, he serves in the Air Force Reserves as an individual mobilization augmentee. His active-duty tenure included roles such as an advanced concepts contracting officer at the Space and Missile Systems Center, Los Angeles AFB, where he managed a $740 million portfolio, supporting classified space technology programs. Andrew’s military career began as a distinguished ROTC graduate from the University of North Texas in 2015 and spanned assignments in acquisitions across Vandenberg AFB, Osan AB, and Los Angeles AFB. He also served with USSOCOM at MacDill AFB, FL, as a member of the Ghost program and was deployed to Kabul, Afghanistan, as the chief of contracting for a joint task force. He holds an M.S. in accountancy and a B.A. in economics and finance from the University of Dallas and is a certified public accountant.
