Allen Black is a defense fellow in the U.S. Senate and an experienced experimental fighter test pilot. In his current position, he manages Armed Services Committee priorities, policy, and engagements for a U.S. senator. Prior to his fellowship in the U.S. Senate, he was responsible for developmental test and evaluation of F-22 modernization programs. He holds a B.S. in aerospace engineering from The Pennsylvania State University, an MBA in aviation from Embry-Riddle, and a masters in flight test engineering from Air University.
