Alexis Shklar

Alexis Shklar is a Manager in Deloitte Consulting’s Strategy practice where she primarily focuses on leading strategic innovation and mission transformation across Deloitte’s Defense, Security & Justice clients. Throughout her consulting career, Alexis has advised CEOs and executive leaders across diverse government, nonprofit, and commercial clients, as well as internationally in Europe, Latin America, and North Africa. Alexis also brings a deep understanding of leadership transitions through fellowships with the Center for Presidential Transition and Deloitte Chief Executive Program. In this capacity, she has helped over three dozen new CEOs, Governors, and senior government officials navigate critical points of inflection and design strategic agendas to drive initiatives. Alexis holds a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and International Affairs from Wake Forest University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Oxford.
