Adam White

Adam White is an attorney at an international law firm.  His work focuses primarily on litigating federal regulatory and constitutional issues arising from energy infrastructure development.  He currently serves as the national Energy Bar Association’s Judicial Review Committee Chairman. Adam also does “pro bono” work for clients engaged in federal litigation; he co-authored FDD’s Supreme Court amicus brief in Kiyemba v. Obama, a recent Supreme Court case in which Uighurs detained at Guantanamo demanded to be released into the United States.(This bio is current to when the participant joined FDD’s National Security Network.)
