Tyler Yingling is a Legislative Liaison in the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Special Operations and Low-Intensity Conflict. Prior to returning to active naval service for his current assignment, he was Assistant Counsel to the Governor of New Jersey, a Military Legislative Assistant for a U.S. senator, and Assistant Director of Federal Affairs for the State of New Jersey. He holds a B.A. from Gettysburg College, a J.D. from Rutgers Law School, and is pursuing additional graduate education through the Naval War College.
