Biography

Barry Scott is a U.S. Navy mustang officer currently assigned to Purdue University for a PhD in Technology and Security Studies. He has deployed multiple times in support of operations across the Middle East, Southwest Asia, and Europe. Barry holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the University of Oregon and a Master of Arts in Strategic Studies from the Naval Postgraduate School. He is also an alumnus of the Chief of Naval Operations Strategic Studies Group, National Defense University’s Program for Emerging Leaders, and the American Academy for Strategic Education.
