Zack Linick

Zack Linick serves as a professional staff member on the Senate Homeland Security Committee’s Subcommittee on Government Operations and Border Management, where he leads the border security and immigration portfolio. Prior to his service in the Senate, Zack served as legislative director for a Texas Democrat and subsequently led the national security team at a multi-client government relations firm, where he focused on defense industrial base and emerging tech policy. Zack is also the founder and president of the National Security Congressional Staff Association, a bipartisan organization that facilitates relationship-building and professional development to support policies that best protect national security. He holds a B.A. in psychology with highest honors from the College of William and Mary and is a recent graduate of the University of Virginia Sorensen Institute Political Leaders Program.
