Zachary Moses

Zachary Moses is AIPAC’s assistant director of policy and government affairs. In this role, Zach is responsible for lobbying members of Congress on issues to strengthen the U.S.-Israel relationship. He also manages AIPAC’s defense portfolio, advancing both appropriations and authorization efforts on missile defense, counter-tunnel programs, and counter-UAS cooperation. Prior to AIPAC, Zach worked in the U.S. House of Representatives handling the national security portfolios for former Rep. Tom Rooney (FL-17) and Rep. David P. Joyce (OH-14), both senior members of the Appropriations Committee. Zach received a B.A. in criminology and criminal justice and international development and conflict management from the University of Maryland.
