Major Ted Mugnier is a U.S. Marine Officer assigned as the Deputy Intelligence Officer for Joint Task Force ARES, the Marine Corps Cyberspace Command Headquarters charged with countering VEOs in cyberspace. Previous assignments include Special Operations Command South, II Marine Expeditionary Force, the Joint Warfare Analysis Center, I Marine Expeditionary Force, and the III Marine Aircraft Wing. Ted also has extensive expertise as a combat advisor assisting partner nation militaries, and U.S. military officials on intelligence disciplines and advising foreign intelligence forces on tactical, operational, and strategic concepts. With five deployments over Europe and the Middle East, Ted is an experienced Marine Air Ground Task Force intelligence officer. He holds a B.S. from Northwestern State University, and is currently working towards his M.S. in Cyberspace Security from the University of Maryland.
