Biography
Ted Craver is the retired chairman, president, and CEO of Edison International, an electric utility holding company based in Rosemead, California. He served in this role from 2008 to 2016 and held other senior management positions since joining Edison International in 1996. Before joining Edison, Ted worked in the banking industry for 23 years in various capital markets and senior financial management roles. Ted is currently a member of the board of directors and chairman of the audit committee of Duke Energy Corporation (since 2017), a member of the board of directors and chairman of the Finance Committee of Wells Fargo & Company (since 2018), senior advisor to the Blackstone Group, and senior advisor to Bain & Company. He also serves on the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco’s Economic Advisory Council.
