Stephen Rodriguez

Stephen Rodriguez is a Principal at Scout Ventures, an early stage venture capital fund. In addition, he launched Coldon Strategic Advisors, an export/import company. He has 13 years of experience in strategic planning, intelligence analysis and business development in the United States as well as Afghanistan, Armenia, Azerbaijan and Colombia. Stephen serves on the Board of Directors for three companies, is a Term Member at the Council on Foreign Relations and a New York Fellow at the National Review Institute. In addition, he is Chairman of the Junior Board at the Foreign Policy Initiative, sits on the Leadership Council at Iraq Afghanistan Veterans of America and is a New York chair of Maverick PAC. Stephen received a BBA in Marketing from Texas A&M University and a MA in International Security from Georgetown University.
