Sheila Archambault Helke is a national security professional with nearly 10 years of experience with the federal government. She recently completed a detail as a Counterterrorism Strategist in the Office of the Director of National Intelligence and currently works as an Analyst in Cyber Policy. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of St. Thomas in International Studies, with a focus on Middle East Studies and Arabic language, and her Master’s in International Affairs from the Catholic University of America.
