Ryan Williams

Ryan Williams is a lead associate with Booz Allen Hamilton, specializing in financial intelligence and counter-illicit finance investigations. He supports both the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network and the Office of Intelligence and Analysis within the U.S. Treasury’s Office of Terrorism and Financial Intelligence. Previously, he supported multiple agencies across the national security landscape, including the National Counterterrorism Center and the Department of Homeland Security. Before joining Booz Allen, Ryan was an assistant budget director for the City of Philadelphia. He earned a B.A. in Political Science from Johns Hopkins University and a M.P.A. from the University of Pennsylvania’s Fels Institute of Government.
