Biography
Ryan Rosa is a red cell planner and an intelligence analyst at the U.S. Marine Corps Warfighting Lab, specializing in global, regional, and country threat assessments and analyses focused on near-peers and violent extremist organizations. Ryan holds an M.A. in international affairs and public policy from Johns Hopkins University’s School of Advanced International Studies and a B.A. in international studies from Norwich University. As a U.S. Marine Corps officer, he has extensive experience in logistical support, humanitarian aid, security cooperation, and security force assistance across the Pacific, Latin America, Central Asia, and the Middle East. His work focuses on emerging technologies for defense as indicated in the commandant’s Force Design 2030. With a strong desire to continue serving abroad, Ryan is committed to advancing U.S. interests and national security in the global arena.
