Patrick Christy

Patrick Christy is a Senior Policy Analyst at the Foreign Policy Initiative (FPI), where he works on a range of foreign policy and defense budget issues.  His writings on the Asia-Pacific, Latin America, and the Middle East have appeared in a variety of publications. Prior to joining FPI, Patrick was a senior policy analyst at the Republican National Committee (RNC), where he focused on energy, foreign affairs, and national security issues. He was named a 2011 Manfred Wörner Fellow by the German Marshall Fund and a 2012 Publius Fellow by the Claremont Institute. Patrick holds a Bachelor’s degree from Vanderbilt University.
