Noah Schwartz is a country director in the Office of the Secretary of Defense’s Bureau for Asian and Pacific security affairs. He previously served as advisor to the Deputy National Security Advisor for International Economics, where he managed the policy agenda for the senior international economic official in the White House. Prior to government service, Noah worked as a senior consultant with Booz Allen Hamilton and at the William J. Clinton Foundation. He holds a master’s degree in global politics from the London School of Economics and Political Science and graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Vanderbilt University.
